Vision Point Optician — Shipping Policy

At Vision Point Optician, we are committed to delivering your eyewear safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains delivery timelines, charges, and important details about the shipping process.

1) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Prescription lenses may take up to 7 business days for processing.
  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly through our shipping partner’s website.

2) Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: ₹300 (1–3 business days) — available only in select locations
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free delivery
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special service locations.

3) Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note on Delays: Vision Point Optician is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4) International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.

5) Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address when placing an order.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer must bear the re-shipping charges.
  • Orders cannot be redirected to a new address once dispatched.

6) Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, record an unedited unboxing video and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
  • Vision Point Optician is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

7) Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel, email support@visionpointoptician.com with your order details.

Modifications:

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
