1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

At Vision Point, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on non-prescription eyewear (frames & sunglasses) within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned. For more details, please check our [Returns Policy].

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order status until delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders with prescription lenses already in process may not be cancellable.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, Vision Point has optical stores where you can explore our latest collections and avail of eye-testing services. Please visit our [Store Locator] page for addresses and timings.

2. Product Questions

Do you sell prescription glasses?

Yes! Most of our frames and sunglasses are prescription-ready. You can upload your prescription while placing an order, or share it later with our team on WhatsApp.

How do I know the right frame size?

Each product page includes size details (eye-bridge-temple). You can also refer to your existing pair of glasses for size reference, or contact us and our opticians will guide you.

What are the materials used in your eyewear?

Materials vary by product—commonly acetate, TR90, stainless steel, or titanium. The material is always listed in the Product Information table on the product page.

How do I care for my glasses?

Always clean your lenses with a microfiber cloth and lens spray. Avoid paper towels or clothing which may scratch the lenses. Store your eyewear in its case when not in use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, selected credit cards and payment gateways offer EMI options at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments on Vision Point are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to keep your information secure.

How long does shipping take?

Non-prescription products are usually shipped within 2–4 working days. Prescription eyewear may take 7–10 working days depending on the lenses ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, standard shipping charges will apply (visible at checkout).

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we ship within India only. For special requests, please contact our support team.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we deliver only to valid residential or office addresses with complete pin codes.
